基于本次经验和网络上的一些分享内容,小编总结了一些外贸摊翻过程中常用的口语。

1) 关于价格与订单量

How do you quote this?/What's the quotation? /Tell me the quotation,please.

What's your MOQ(最小起订量)?

Your offer is way below our cost. 

In general, our prices are given on a FOB basis. 通常我们的报价都是FOB价. (有时候客人会问FOB where?回答一般是 FOB+港口名称)

To a certain extent,our price depends on how large your order is.在某种程度上,我们的价格就得看你们的定单有多大。

While we appreciate your cooperation, we regret to say that we can’t reduce our price any further.虽然我们感谢贵方的合作,但是很抱慊,我们不能再减价了。

Thank you for your inquiry. Would you tell us what quantity you require so that we can work out the offer? 谢谢你询价。为了便于我方提出报价,能否请你谈谈你方需求数量?

This product is now in great demand and we have on hand many enquiries from other countries.这种产品现在需求量很大,我们手头上来自其他国家的很多询盘。

2) 质量

How do you feel like the quality of our products? 你觉得我们产品的质量怎么样?

What about having a look at sample first? 先看一看产品吧?

Reliability is our strong point. 可靠性正是我们产品的优点。

You can rest assured. 你可以放心。

This new product is to the taste of European market. 这种新产品欧洲很受欢迎。

I think it will also find a good market in your market.我认为它会在你国市场上畅销。

3)其他

devilevery date 发货期 (一般以收到定金deposit和确认desing为准,需要和厂商确认)

询问是否有库存:Do you have any stock? (一般这种采购商的订单量很小,且能承受的价格较低)

Could Ihave some information about your scope of business? 能告诉我你们的业务范围吗?

We majorly  deal with A, B, and C. 我们主要经营A,B,C产品。

Won't you have a catalogue and see what interest you? 看一下我们公司的产品目录里有没有你感兴趣的吧?

That is just under our line of business. 这正好和我们业务范围相吻合。

Our product  is the best seller in your market. 在你们的市场,我们的产品是最畅销的。

I'm sure there is some room for negotiation.我确信我们还有商量的余地。
